This matter having been evaluated pursuant to the case evaluation under MCR
2.403(M)(1) and the parties both accepting the evaluation;
NOW THEREFORE IT IS ORDERED that the Plaintiff Aaron Olmstead shall
have judgment against the MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION in
the amount of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND NO CENTS

($3500), inclusive of all costs, fees and interest, and disposes of all claims in this cause of
action.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Depmtment of Treasury shall draw
its warrant for such amount, subject to any lien, prior judgment, or fine, which the
State of Michigan is empowered by law to execute against the Plaintiff, Aaron
Olmstead.
