This cause having come before this Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Temporary Restraining
Order and Order to Show Cause as to Why a Preliminary Injunction Should Note Issue Proposed is
hereby presented under the 7-Day Rule, the Court having considered the same, having read the
Briefs of the parties, having hem-d argument of counsel, and being duly advised in the premises,
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs Motion is GRANTED.
IT IS ORDERED THAT Defendants shall not make or file any repmi, including but not
limited to a Parole Eligibility Report, until Plaintiff is re-sentenced in Ingham County Circuit
Court Case No. 04-001189.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT all references to any Juvenile Criminal Sexual
Conduct conviction shall be expunged from the records ofthe Michigan Department of COlTections.
